Credit Transfer. 3.1 Subject to all CSC policies and the curriculum requirements and course equivalencies described in both this agreement and in ATTACHMENT A for a CSC 2+2 Dual Bachelor’s Degree Completion Program, CSC agrees to accept up to 51 course transfer credits from qualified students who have successfully completed the first two (2) years of study in the JUTCM Bachelor of Management Degree: Public Affairs Management.
3.1.1 Students who successfully complete the first two years of the JUTCM Bachelor of Management Degree: Public Affairs Management will be eligible academically to transfer to CSC to complete a CSC Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Comprehensive Major in Business Administration: Management Option with a minimum of 69 semester credits in a minimum of two (2) additional calendar years of study at CSC.
3.1.2 Students who successfully complete the requirements of the CSC Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Comprehensive Major Business Administration: Management Option will be eligible to apply credits earned at CSC toward fulfillment of the JUTCM Bachelor of Management Degree: Public Affairs Management.
3.1.3 Students who successfully complete the requirements of the CSC Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Comprehensive Major in Business Administration: Management Option will be eligible academically to enroll in the CSC Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree program which may be completed in a minimum of one and one-half (1.5) additional years of study at CSC.
3.2 Subject to all CSC policies and the curriculum requirements and course equivalencies described in both this agreement and in ATTACHMENT B for a CSC 2+2 Dual Bachelor’s Degree Completion Program, CSC agrees to accept up to 80 course transfer credits from qualified students who have successfully completed the first two (2) years of study in the JUTCM Bachelor of Management Degree: Public Affairs Management.
3.2.1 Students who successfully complete the first two years of the JUTCM Bachelor of Management Degree: Public Affairs Management will be eligible academically to transfer to CSC to complete a CSC Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Comprehensive Major in Interdisciplinary Studies: Management Focus with a minimum of 40 semester credits in a minimum of two (2) additional calendar years of study at CSC.

Credit Transfer. The delivery of the Buffer Credits to the City shall be evidenced by the issuance of affidavits of Buffer Credit sales and copies of the applicable bank credit ledgers by the Banker within 10 days of receipt of the Buffer Credit Payment from the City.
