Senior Agents definition

Senior Agents have the respective meanings set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
Senior Agents means, individually, prior to the Discharge of ABL Obligations with respect to any matters relating solely to the ABL Priority Collateral, the ABL Agent and, with respect to all other matters (including Collateral other than ABL Priority Collateral) and, after the Discharge of ABL Obligations, with respect to the ABL Priority Collateral, the Term Agent, and, collectively, means both the ABL Agent and the Term Agent.
Senior Agents means, collectively, Bank of America, N.A., in its capacity as administrative agent, collateral agent, Canadian administrative agent and Canadian collateral agent, and GB Merchant Partners, LLC, in its capacity as administrative agent.

  • Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Bookrunners, Arrangers, Syndication Agents, Documentation Agents, Senior Agents, Senior Managing Agents, Co-Agents or other similar titles or roles listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or an L/C Issuer hereunder.

  • Nothing in this Agreement shall impair or otherwise adversely affect any rights or remedies the Senior Agents or the Senior Secured Parties may have with respect to the Senior Collateral.

  • Senior Agents may monitor calls for the purpose of giving feedback, participate in on the job coaching, counseling and training associated with the Training and Development of the Reservations Sales Agents and Reservations Associates.


More Definitions of Senior Agents

Senior Agents means, collectively, the Senior Collateral Agent and the Senior Administrative Agent, and "Senior Agent" means either of them.
Senior Agents means the First Lien Agent and the Second Lien Agent.

Senior Agents means the Senior Administrative Agent and The Chase Manhattan Bank, as syndication agent for the Senior Lenders, including their successors and assigns.
Senior Agents means, collectively, (i) (A) until all Indebtedness under the Bank Credit Agreements is paid in full in cash, the agent (or the institution performing similar functions) under the Bank Credit Agreement under which the greatest aggregate principal amount of Indebtedness is outstanding and (B) if all Indebtedness under the Bank Credit Agreements has been paid in full, the Person (or representative of the Persons) holding the greatest amount of Senior Debt other than Senior Notes, and (ii) until all Indebtedness under the Senior Notes has been paid in full in cash, the trustee under the Senior Indenture.
Senior Agents means the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent or the then acting administrative and collateral agents for the Senior Lenders under the Senior Loan Documents and any successors thereto exercising substantially the same rights and powers.
Senior Agents means the Senior Collateral Agent and the Senior Existing Titled Collateral Agent.
