Canadian Collateral Agent definition

Canadian Collateral Agent as defined in the Preamble.

Canadian Collateral Agent means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Toronto Branch, in its capacity as collateral agent for the Canadian Revolving Lenders, and its successors and assigns in such capacity.

Canadian Collateral Agent shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble hereto.

Canadian Collateral Agent means Congress Financial Corporation (Canada), in its capacity as Canadian Collateral Agent on behalf of the Foreign Lenders pursuant to the Agency Agreement and any replacement or successor Canadian Collateral Agent.
