Senior Guaranty definition

Senior Guaranty means the guaranty of the Credit Agreement Obligations from (i) the Guarantors pursuant to Section 7 of the Credit Agreement and (ii) any additional Subsidiaries of Holdings pursuant to a Counterpart Agreement delivered to Administrative Agent in connection with Section 5.9 of the Credit Agreement.
Senior Guaranty has the meaning set forth in the Recitals to this Agreement.
Senior Guaranty means that certain Guaranty dated as of March 7, 2014 executed and delivered by the parties thereto as guarantors in favor of Senior Creditor, as the same may be amended, modified, restated or supplemented from time to time.
