Senior League definition

Senior League means the competition run for the age-group specified in Bylaw 7.2.4.

Examples of Senior League in a sentence

  • Munster Senior League – One (1) representative from each non-FAI National League Club in the highest section of its highest division.

  • Ulster Senior League – One (1) Representative from each non-FAI National League Club in the highest section of its highest division.

  • Leinster Senior League – One (1) representative from each non-FAI National League Club, in the highest section of its highest division.

  • To be eligible to be drafted by a Senior League Softball, a Major League Softball, a Major League Baseball, or a AAA Baseball or a AAA Softball team, and AA Baseball and Softball, who have not previously been drafted by a team, must try out.

  • Notwithstanding Regulation F.8, in a Senior League which consists of Teams registered Senior AAA, Senior AA and/or Senior, a higher Category Team participating in that League may Affiliate Players from a lower Category Team participating in that League, but such higher Category Team may not dress such an Affiliate Player while such higher Category Team is still in League competition.

  • Senior League only: Rule 3.03, Designated Hitter, WILL apply during the tournament.

  • Senior citizen center means a facility having the primary purpose of providing services to the aged as defined in Section 62A-3-101.

  • Junior Representative means, with respect to any series of Permitted Junior Debt, the trustee, administrative agent, collateral agent, security agent or similar agent under the indenture or agreement pursuant to which such Permitted Junior Debt is issued, incurred or otherwise obtained and each of their successors in such capacities.

  • Designated Senior Representative means (i) if at any time there is only one Senior Representative for a Senior Facility with respect to which the Discharge of Senior Obligations has not occurred, such Senior Representative and (ii) at any time when clause (i) does not apply, the Applicable Authorized Representative (as defined in the First Lien Intercreditor Agreement) at such time.
