Senior Management Agreements definition

Senior Management Agreements means the Senior Management Agreements, to be executed and effective as of the Closing Date, between Purchaser or an Affiliate of Purchaser and each of the Managing Directors, in substantially the form of Exhibit B.

• As of the Closing, the Company shall not be subject to any obligation (contingent or otherwise) to repurchase or otherwise acquire or retire any shares of its capital stock or any warrants, options or other rights to acquire its capital stock, except pursuant to this Agreement, the Senior Management Agreements, the Other Executive Stock Agreements, the Purchase Agreement and the Stockholders Agreement.

More Definitions of Senior Management Agreements

Senior Management Agreements means those Senior Management Agreements between Coinmach Corporation and certain of the Executives dated on or before March 6, 2003.
