Senior Secured Exchange Notes definition

Senior Secured Exchange Notes means the 10% Exchange Notes due December 15, 2005 issued by the Borrower pursuant to the Senior Secured Exchange Note Indenture and any other Debt issued by the Borrower under the Senior Secured Exchange Note Indenture.
Senior Secured Exchange Notes means the promissory note(s) of the Borrower payable to the Lender (or Lenders), in substantially the form attached as an exhibit to the Exchange Loan Agreement, evidencing the aggregate indebtedness of the Borrower to the Lender (or Lenders) resulting from the Senior Secured Exchange Loan, if any, made by the Lender (or Lenders).
Senior Secured Exchange Notes means the 11-½% senior secured notes of Milacron, due May 15, 2011, issued in an exchange offer pursuant to the Senior Secured Notes Indenture.
