Senior Secured Indenture definition

Senior Secured Indenture means the Indenture dated as of November 30, 2005, pursuant to which the Senior Secured Notes were issued, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the requirements thereof and of this Agreement.
Senior Secured Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of February 5, 1998, between United and Firstar Bank, N.A. (f/k/a Firstar Bank of Minnesota, N.A.).
Senior Secured Indenture means that certain Indenture, dated as of June 20, 2016, among AK Steel Corporation, as issuer, the guarantors named therein and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee and collateral agent, as amended and supplemented.
