Senior Team definition

Senior Team means a Netball team of up to 12 players in which the players are playing in a senior competition as at 1 January in the year of competition.
Senior Team means an Open Age team of a Member Club that plays in the League’s Senior
Senior Team means a team participating in the NPL, State League 1 or State League 2

Examples of Senior Team in a sentence

  • Will allocate the final figure for Total Team Points to each Senior Team for each Club for the following Season in accordance with this PPS Policy.

  • Footyweb will not permit a Club to enter a Senior Team into an electronic team sheet that has a combined Total Team Points allocation of more than that Senior Team’s permitted Total Team Points cap for a Match.

  • A Club must list the maximum number of Players allowed for its Senior Team on its team sheet in calculating its Total Team Points for each Match.

  • The level of success a Senior Team has achieved (e.g. multiple premierships) including their ability to retain players with players attracting a one point deduction each Season with the Club.

  • Where a Club appoints two coaches of the Club's Senior Team who are both Players (in a co-coach arrangement), the amount paid to the coaches that is not to be considered a Player Payment and may be excluded from the calculation of the Club’s Player Payments is no more than 25% of the total payments to both coaches, to a maximum of $10,000 per coach.

  • Each player playing in the Senior (A grade) Team of a Club will be allocated a “Player Points Rating” as outlined below: 8.1. Each player selected to play in the Senior Team of a Club will be given a base rating of Zero (0) points with the exception of Junior Players who are selected in that team who, subject to clause 8.2, will be given a minus one (-1) rating.

  • Playing coach Where a Club appoints a single Player as the coach of the Club's Senior Team (i.e. a playing coach), the coaching element of that Player’s payments should be specifically identified in the Player Declaration lodged in accordance with Rule 4(a).

  • If a traffic commissioner decides to consider financial evidence at a hearing, or requires it to be assessed at a Senior Team Leader interview, then the operator will be required to produce bank or equivalent statements for a period of 3 months, as per Annex 5.

Senior Team means any Team playing in a Men’s Premier Grade, a Men’s Premier Reserve Grade, a Senior 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th or 8th Grade, any Women’s Grade , any Grade in a One Day Competition, or any T20 Grade.

  • Senior Management Team means (a) each Authorized Officer, the chief executive officer, secretary and (b) any chief executive officer, president, vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer or secretary of any Subsidiary Guarantor.

  • Management Team means Xxxxxx X. X’Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xx. and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx.

  • Senior Managers means, with respect to the Company and each member of the Company Group, the chief executive officer, the chief financial officer, the chief technology officer, the president, the general manager or any other manager with the title of “vice-president” or higher, or any other employee with responsibilities similar to any of the foregoing, of such entity.

  • IEP Team means a group of individuals described in Wis. Stat. § 115.78 that is responsible for evaluating the child to determine the child’s eligibility or continued eligibility for special education and related services and the educational needs of the child; developing, reviewing, or revising an IEP for the child; and determining the special education placement for the child.

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.

  • Working Group means representatives of the Applicable Registry Operators and other members of the community that the Registry Stakeholders Group appoints, from time to time, to serve as a working group to consult on amendments to the Applicable Registry Agreements (excluding bilateral amendments pursuant to Section 7.6(i)).

  • Senior Management Personnel means personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all functional heads.

  • Steering Group means the Anti-Money Laundering Steering Group appointed pursuant to section 5;

  • Steering Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • Joint Steering Committee or “JSC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Treatment team means the group of individuals who formulate, assess, monitor and revise, as needed, the child's service plan. The treatment team shall include, but is not limited to:

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • Senior Management means personnel of the Company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. This would include all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all the functional heads.

  • Senior Manager means each of Xxxxxxx Xxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx, and Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, and/or any other Persons designated by the Board as Senior Managers (collectively, the "Senior Managers").

  • Campaign committee means the committee designated by a candidate to receive all contributions

  • Coordination Committee means the jointly constituted PJM and NYISO committee established to administer the terms and provisions of this Agreement pursuant to Section 35.3.2.

  • Evaluation Team means the team appointed by the City; “Information Meeting” has the meaning set out in section 2.2;

  • Coordinating Committee means the committee designated and elected as provided in section 16d in connection with a township consolidation.

  • Development Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.1.

  • Games Team means the New Zealand Team at the Games selected in accordance with the NZOC Selection Policy for the Games.

  • Management Committee means in the case of a Competition which is an unincorporated association, the management committee elected to manage the running of the Competition and where the Competition is incorporated it means the Board of Directors appointed in accordance with the articles of association of that company.

  • Selection Committee means a committee of individual(s) who evaluate and rank proposals; conduct negotiations; and makes a contract award recommendation to the District and its respective Committees.

  • Project Committee means a Committee comprising the Minister, the Lord Mayor or Deputy Lord Mayor of the City and the Chairman or Acting Chairman of the Metropolitan Region Planning Authority constituted under and for the purposes of this Agreement;

  • JSC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
