Governmental Agencies: Nothing in this Separation Letter & Release prohibits or prevents you from filing a charge with or participating, testifying, or assisting in any investigation, hearing, or other proceeding before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board or a similar agency enforcing federal, state or local anti-discrimination laws.
Moreover, nothing in this Separation Letter & Release prohibits or prevents you from receiving individual monetary awards or other individual relief by virtue of participating in such federal whistleblower programs.
If they sign and return (and, if a revocation period is applicable to them, do not revoke) the Separation Letter, they become Bridged Employees.
So, on your Separation Date, if you are not a Bridged Employee (one who has signed and, if a revocation period is applicable to you, not revoked the Separation Letter) and you have at least 5 years of Vesting Service (as that term is defined in the Retirement Plan), you will be a “terminated vested” participant in the Retirement Plan for all purposes and will stop accruing additional Credited Service (as that term is defined in the Retirement Plan).

I have not relied upon any representations, promises or agreements of any kind except those set forth herein and in the Separation Letter in signing this Agreement.
In consideration of your executing this Release and your satisfaction of such terms and conditions set forth herein and in the Separation Letter, the Company shall compensate you as described in paragraph 2(a) of the Separation Letter.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is understood and agreed that the Company does not hereby waive, but rather the Company shall have retained and continue to have all rights and entitlements to enforce all of its rights and my obligations as against me as provided or contemplated under and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement or the Separation Letter.
