Series 2 Warrants definition

Series 2 Warrants means, collectively, the Common Stock purchase warrants delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a) hereof, which Warrants shall be exercisable upon issuance and have a term of exercise equal to five (5) years from the initial date of exercise, in the form of Exhibit A-2 attached hereto.
Series 2 Warrants means warrants to purchase shares of Series 2 Preferred.
Series 2 Warrants means the Series 2 Common Stock Purchase Warrants issued on or about February 21, 2008.

  • Where appropriate, such notice to the holders of the Series 2 Warrants may be given in advance and included as part of the notice required pursuant to Section 2(d).

More Definitions of Series 2 Warrants

Series 2 Warrants means the issued and outstanding Common Share purchase warrants issued on April 11, 2014 and April 17, 2014 pursuant to the 2014 Indenture.

Series 2 Warrants means Series 2 Common Stock purchase warrants of the Company with a term of exercise of five (5) years following the Initial Exercise Date.
