Series 2 Warrants definition

Series 2 Warrants means warrants to purchase shares of Series 2 Preferred.
Series 2 Warrants means the Common Stock purchase warrants delivered to the Underwriters in accordance with Section 2.1(a)(iv) and Section 2.2, which Warrants shall be exercisable immediately and have a term of exercise equal to the earlier of seven years and the date that is 60 calendar days following the date the Company receives FDA clearance to market its Pantheris below-the-knee device, in the form of Exhibit D attached hereto.
Series 2 Warrants means the Series 2 Common Stock Purchase Warrants issued on or about February 21, 2008.

Examples of Series 2 Warrants in a sentence

  • This Warrant is exchangeable, upon the surrender hereof by the Registered Holder at the principal office of the Company, for new Series 2 Warrants of like tenor representing in the aggregate the purchase rights hereunder, and each of such new Series 2 Warrants shall represent such portion of such purchase rights as is designated by the Registered Holder at the time of such surrender.

  • Class 11 shall receive a total distribution of 366,159 shares of New Common Stock, 124,496 New Series 1 Warrants, and 124,496 New Series 2 Warrants.

  • Where appropriate, such notice to the holders of the Series 2 Warrants may be given in advance and included as part of the notice required pursuant to Section 2(d).

More Definitions of Series 2 Warrants

Series 2 Warrants means the issued and outstanding Common Share purchase warrants issued on April 11, 2014 and April 17, 2014 pursuant to the 2014 Indenture.
Series 2 Warrants means, collectively, the Series 2 Common Stock purchase warrants delivered to the Underwriters in accordance with Section 2.1(a)(iii) and Section 2.2, which Warrants shall be exercisable following the Shareholder Approval Date and have a term equal to five (5) years the date of issuance, in the form of Exhibit F attached hereto.
Series 2 Warrants means, the Series 2 warrants to purchase Preferred Stock, delivered to the Holder at the Closing in accordance with Section 2(a) of the Underwriting Agreement, which warrants shall be exercisable immediately and have a term of exercise equal to six (6) months.
Series 2 Warrants means the Series 2 Warrants delivered to the Underwriters in accordance with Section 2.1(a)(ii), which shall be exercisable immediately and have a term of exercise equal to 6 months, in the form as attached to the Warrant Agreement.
Series 2 Warrants means Series 2 Common Stock purchase warrants of the Company with a term of exercise of five (5) years following the Initial Exercise Date.
Series 2 Warrants means the Series 2 Common Stock Purchase Warrants issued on or about September 17, 2007.
Series 2 Warrants means, collectively, the Preferred Stock purchase warrants delivered to the Purchasers at each Closing, which Series 2 Warrants shall be exercisable immediately and have a term of exercise equal to twenty four (24) months, in the form of Exhibit B attached hereto.
