Series 2 Warrants definition

Series 2 Warrants means warrants to purchase shares of Series 2 Preferred.
Series 2 Warrants means the Series 2 Common Stock Purchase Warrants issued on or about February 21, 2008.
Series 2 Warrants means the Common Stock purchase warrants delivered to the Underwriters in accordance with Section 2.1(a)(iv) and Section 2.2, which Warrants shall be exercisable immediately and have a term of exercise equal to five years, in the form of Exhibit D attached hereto.

More Definitions of Series 2 Warrants

Series 2 Warrants means the issued and outstanding Common Share purchase warrants issued on April 11, 2014 and April 17, 2014 pursuant to the 2014 Indenture.
