Series 2000 Bond definition

Series 2000 Bond means the City’s Amended and Restated Water System Revenue Bond (DNRC Drinking Water Revolving Loan Program), Series 2000, issued, as amended and restated, in the maximum authorized principal amount of $3,000,000 pursuant to the Original Resolution.
Series 2000 Bond means the Borrower’s Second Amended and Restated Water System Revenue Bond (DNRC Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Program), Series 2000, issued in the maximum authorized principal amount of $1,487,000 pursuant to the Original Resolution, as then in effect.

  • Reserve Account Amount means, for any Distribution Date, the amount on deposit in and available for withdrawal from the Reserve Account on such Distribution Date (after giving effect to all deposits to and withdrawals from the Reserve Account on the preceding Distribution Date, or, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, the Closing Date), including all interest and other income (net of losses and investment expenses) earned on such amount during the preceding Collection Period.
