The payment of the Series 2005 and Series 2006 Bonds is dependent on the receipt of TSRs. The amount of TSRs actually collected is dependent on many factors, including cigarette consumption and the continued operations of the OPMs. Such bonds are secured by and payable solely from TSRs and investment earnings pledged under the Indenture and amounts established and held in accordance with the Indenture.
The Series 2006 Bonds are subordinate to the Series 2005 Bonds and Series 2010 Bonds.
The Bond proceeds will be combined with available funds on-hand to make the required escrow deposits associated with defeasance, refunding and redeeming of the Series 2006 Bonds, with the remainder being used to pay associated issuance costs.
