Series 2009 Project definition

Series 2009 Project means the property and improvements described as the "Series 2009 Project" in Lease Schedule No. 2009, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time. "Series 2009 Subaccount of the Costs of Issuance Account" means the subaccount established in the Costs of Issuance Account pursuant to Section 6.02 and 6.04 of the Trust Agreement and Section 401 hereof.
Series 2009 Project means the student housing facilities of the Project Owner described in Exhibit A to the Fifth Supplemental Project Contract to be refinanced with the Series 2020 Mortgage Loan.
Series 2009 Project means the educational facilities collectively described as the "Series 2009 Project" in Amended and Restated Lease Schedule No. 2009, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time in accordance with the Series 2009 Lease Agreement.

  • Principal Collection Account A Securities Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Principal Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the prior Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Master Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 2.03(b) in respect of any waived (or, with respect to subsequent changes of law, any unenforceable) Prepayment Charges.

  • Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections means that portion of Group I Investor Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 1997-1 pursuant to Section 4.10.

  • Finance Charge Receivables means Receivables created in respect of periodic finance charges, late fees, returned check fees and all other similar fees and charges billed or accrued and unpaid on an Account.

  • Investor Principal Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the aggregate amount of Principal Collections retained or deposited in the Principal Account for Series 2012-1 pursuant to Section 4.3(b)(ii) for such Monthly Period.

  • Principal Collection Subaccount The meaning specified in Section 10.2(a).

  • Reserve Account Funding Date means the Distribution Date which occurs not later than the earliest of (a) the Distribution Date with respect to the Monthly Period that commences not later than three months prior to the Distribution Date with respect to the first Monthly Period in the Controlled Accumulation Period, (b) in the event that the average Excess Spread Percentage for any three consecutive Monthly Periods ending in the September 2003 Monthly Period or any Monthly Period thereafter is less than 2%, the Distribution Date with respect to such Monthly Period, (c) in the event that the average Excess Spread Percentage for any three consecutive Monthly Periods ending in the March 2004 Monthly Period or any Monthly Period thereafter is less than 3%, the Distribution Date with respect to such Monthly Period and (d) such earlier Distribution Date as the Transferors may determine by written notice to the Trustee and the Servicer. For this purpose, the "Excess Spread Percentage" for any Monthly Period shall be equal to the Series Adjusted Portfolio Yield for such Monthly Period minus the Base Rate for such Monthly Period.

  • Principal Receivables means all Receivables other than Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Exchange Note Collection Account means the account established under Section 4.1(a) of the Servicing Supplement.
