Series 2013B Bond definition

Series 2013B Bond or "Series 2013B Bonds" means one or more of the Kentucky Rural Water Finance Corporation Public Projects Refunding Revenue Bonds (Flexible Term Program), Series 2013B authorized by, and at any time Outstanding pursuant to, the Indenture, as supplemented.
Series 2013B Bond means the City’s $7,084,000 Sanitary Sewerage System Revenue Bond (DNRC Water Pollution Control State Revolving Loan Program), Series 2013B, issued to the DNRC to evidence the Series 2013B Loan.
Series 2013B Bond means the Issuer’s not exceeding $2,000,000 Revenue Bond (South Carolina Technology and Aviation Center Project) Series 2013B, authorized to be issued hereunder.

Examples of Series 2013B Bond in a sentence

  • Attached to this Supplemental Resolution and hereby made a part hereof are the following Appendices:Appendix A: a description of the 2013 Project; Appendix B-1: the form of the Series 2013A Bond; Appendix B-2: the form of the Series 2013B Bond; andAppendix C: additional agreements and representations of the Borrower.

  • The County may deem and treat the person in whose name this Series 2013B Bond is registered as the absolute owner hereof for the purpose of receiving payment of or on account of the principal or interest hereof and for all other purposes.

  • The principal of this Series 2013B Bond shall be payable only upon presentation and surrender of this Series 2013B Bond to the Fiscal Agent at the principal office of the Fiscal Agent.

  • Advances of principal of the Series 2013A Bond or the Series 2013B Bond shall be deemed made when advances of the 2013A Loan or 2013B Loan, respectively, are made under Section 4.1, and such advances shall be payable in accordance with Schedule B to the Series 2013A Bond or Series 2013B Bond, as the case may be, as it may be revised by the DNRC from time to time in accordance with Section 5.1. The Series 2013 Bonds are Additional Bonds.

  • This Series 2013B Bond is authorized by a resolution of the County Board of Supervisors of the County, duly adopted by said County Board of Supervisors at its meeting duly convened on September 18, 2013, which resolution is recorded in the official book of its minutes for said date.

  • For the prompt payment of this Series 2013B Bond with interest thereon as aforesaid, and the levying and collection of taxes sufficient for that purpose, the full faith, credit and resources of the County are hereby irrevocably pledged.

  • Additionally, a portion of the IFA Series 2013A and the District’s Series 2013B Bond proceeds may be used to finance capitalized interest and bond issuance costs.

  • Thereupon a new Series 2013B Bond of the same aggregate principal amount, series and maturity shall be issued to the transferee in exchange therefor.

  • The Series 2013B Bond shall be prepared in substantially the form attached as Appendix B-2.

  • The Borrower shall be entitled to deem and treat the Person in whose name the Series 2013A Bond or Series 2013B Bond is registered as the absolute owner of the Series 2013A Bond or Series 2013B Bond, respectively, for all purposes, notwithstanding any notice to the contrary, and all payments to the registered holder shall be valid and effectual to satisfy and discharge the Borrower’s liability upon such bond to the extent of the sum or sums so paid.

  • Series 2017 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2017A Bonds and the Series 2017B Bonds.

  • Series 2021 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2021A Bonds and the Series 2021B Bonds.

  • Series 2020 Bonds means the West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority Refunding Revenue Bonds (Thomas Health System, Inc.), Series 2020 A to be issued as a combination of tax-exempt and taxable non-rated fixed rate bonds by the Issuer, subject to its authority and discretion, in the aggregate principal amount of $60,100,000, to (i) refund and retire the Series 2008 Bonds at a discount to the current par amount outstanding, (ii) fund a debt service reserve fund for the Series 2020 Bonds, (iii) fund the Operating Reserve Fund, if necessary, as described in Article IV.C.1 of the Plan and (iv) finance costs of issuance of the Series 2020 Bonds.

  • Monthly Principal Amount means, for each Payment Date, starting with the Payment Date in the month following the month in which (a) the Controlled Accumulation Period starts, an amount equal to the lesser of (i) the Controlled Deposit Amount for that Payment Date, and (ii) the Adjusted Invested Amount on that Payment Date, or (b) the Early Amortization Period starts, the Adjusted Invested Amount on that Payment Date.

  • Exchange Note Collection Account means the account established under Section 4.1(a) of the Servicing Supplement.

  • Noteholders' Monthly Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the Noteholders' Percentage of the Principal Distributable Amount.

  • Class A Liquidity Facility has the meaning set forth in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Liquidity Reserve Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(A)(iii).

  • Reserve Account Amount means, for any Distribution Date, the amount on deposit in and available for withdrawal from the Reserve Account on such Distribution Date (after giving effect to all deposits to and withdrawals from the Reserve Account on the preceding Distribution Date, or, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, the Closing Date), including all interest and other income (net of losses and investment expenses) earned on such amount during the preceding Collection Period.

  • Note Monthly Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the Note Percentage of the Principal Distributable Amount for such Payment Date.

  • Monthly Principal Reallocation Amount means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of:

  • Class A Monthly Principal means the monthly principal distributable in respect of the Class A Certificates as calculated in accordance with subsection 4.07(a).

  • Class A Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.01.

  • Class B Liquidity Facility has the meaning set forth in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Class B Noteholders’ Principal Distribution Amount means, for any distribution date, the Principal Distribution Amount times the Class B Percentage for that distribution date, plus any Class B Note Principal Shortfall as of the close of business on the preceding distribution date; provided that the Class B Noteholders’ Principal Distribution Amount will not exceed the principal balance of the class B notes.In addition, on the class B maturity date, the principal required to be distributed to the class B noteholders will include the amount required to reduce the outstanding principal balance of the class B notes to zero.

  • Required Subordinated Amount of Class B Notes means, for the Class A(2022-1) Notes for any date of determination, an amount equal to the product of

  • Required Spread Account Amount means, for the March 2012 Payment Date and the April 2012 Payment Date, zero, and for any Payment Date thereafter, the product of (i) the Spread Account Percentage in effect on such date and (ii) during (x) the Revolving Period, the Collateral Amount, and (y) during the Controlled Accumulation Period or the Early Amortization Period, the Collateral Amount as of the last day of the Revolving Period; provided that, prior to the occurrence of an Event of Default and acceleration of the Series 2012-1 Notes, the Required Spread Account Amount will never exceed the Class C Note Principal Balance (after taking into account any payments to be made on such Payment Date).

  • Class A Noteholders’ Principal Distribution Amount means, for any distribution date, the Principal Distribution Amount times the Class A Percentage for that distribution date, plus any Class A Note Principal Shortfall as of the close of business on the preceding distribution date; provided that the Class A Noteholders’ Principal Distribution Amount will not exceed the outstanding principal balance of the class A notes, less all amounts, other than investment earnings, on deposit in the accumulation account.In addition, on the maturity date for any class of class A notes, the principal required to be distributed to the related noteholders will include the amount required to reduce the outstanding principal balance of that class to zero.

  • Class B Noteholders’ Interest Distribution Amount means, for any distribution date, the sum of: • the amount of interest accrued at the class B note rate for the related accrual period on the outstanding principal balance of the class B notes on the immediately preceding distribution date, after giving effect to all principal distributions to class B noteholders on that preceding distribution date, and • the Class B Note Interest Shortfall for that distribution date.

  • Certificate Monthly Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the Certificate Percentage of the Principal Distributable Amount for such Payment Date.

  • Yield Supplement Amount means, with respect to any Collection Period and the related Deposit Date, the aggregate amount by which one month’s interest on the Principal Balance as of the first day of such Collection Period of each Discount Receivable (other than a Discount Receivable that is a Defaulted Receivable) at a rate equal to the Required Rate, exceeds one month’s interest on such Principal Balance at the APR of each such Receivable.

  • Reserve Account Draw Amount means, for any Payment Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the Available Funds Shortfall Amount, if any, for such Payment Date and (b) the amount of cash or other immediately available funds on deposit in the Reserve Account (excluding any net investment earnings) on such Payment Date; provided, however, that if such Payment Date is the Redemption Date, the “Reserve Account Draw Amount” shall mean an amount equal to the amount of cash or other immediately available funds on deposit in the Reserve Account on the Redemption Date.

  • Class A Noteholders’ Interest Distribution Amount means, for any distribution date, the sum of: • the amount of interest accrued at the class A note interest rates for the related accrual period on the aggregate outstanding principal balances of all classes of class A notes on the immediately preceding distribution date, after giving effect to all principal distributions to class A noteholders on that preceding distribution date; and • the Class A Note Interest Shortfall for that distribution date.

  • Interest Collection Account A Securities Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Interest Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the prior Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Master Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 2.03(b) in respect of any waived (or, with respect to subsequent changes of law, any unenforceable) Prepayment Charges.

  • Principal Collection Account A Securities Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Principal Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the prior Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
