Series 2020 Note definition

Series 2020 Note means that certain Series 2020A Note dated as of the closing date for Series 2020 Bonds issued by the Obligated Debtors to the Issuer as security for the Series 2020 Bonds.

Series 2020 Note means the Closed End Line of Credit Promissory Note, Series 2020, dated September 10, 2020, from the Issuer to the Bond Issuer, and assigned to the trustee of the 2020 Bonds, issued to secure the Issuer’s obligations under the 2020 Bond Financing Agreement, and any other promissory note delivered in connection with additional bonds.

Series 2020 Note or “Series 2020 Notes” means any or all of the $ County Square Redevelopment Corporation Installment Purchase Revenue Bond Anticipation Notes, Series 2020, authorized by and secured under this Trust Agreement.

Series 2020 Note means the Leon County-City of Tallahassee Blueprint Intergovernmental Agency Sales Tax Revenue Note, Series 2020, issued by the Borrower in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $10,100,000.00, pursuant to the Master Resolution and the Borrower’s Resolution 2020-07, adopted December 10, 2020.

Series 2020 Note means the note authorized to be issued under Section 3.1(a)
