Series 2021 Assessment Proceedings definition

Series 2021 Assessment Proceedings means the proceedings of the District with respect to the establishment, levy and collection of the Series 2021 Assessments which include Resolution Nos. 2005-26, 2005-27, 2005-28 and 2021- [ ], adopted by the Governing Body of the District, and any supplemental proceedings undertaken by the District with respect to the Series 2021 Assessments and the Assessment Methodology as approved thereby.
Series 2021 Assessment Proceedings means the annual proceedings of the District with respect to the establishment, levy and collection of the Series 2021 Assessments adopted by the Governing Body of the District, and any supplemental proceedings undertaken by the District with respect to the Series 2021 Assessments.
Series 2021 Assessment Proceedings means the proceedings of the District with respect to the establishment, levy and collection of the Series 2021 Assessments which include Resolution Nos. 2007-04, 2007-10 and 2007-11, adopted by the Governing Body of the District, and any supplemental proceedings undertaken by the District with respect to the Series 2021 Assessments and the Assessment Methodology as approved thereby.

Related to Series 2021 Assessment Proceedings

  • Assessment Report : means the assessment report referred to in Articles 32(2) and 33(3) of Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 drawn up by an independent third party fulfilling the requirements of ISO Standard 17011 or by a relevant competent authority, which includes information on document reviews, including the descriptions referred to in Articles 4(3)(b) and 11(3)(b) of this Regulation, on office audits, including critical locations and on risk-oriented witness audits conducted in representative third countries.

  • Bond proceedings means, collectively, this Ordinance, the Certificate of Award and such other proceedings of the City, including the Bonds, that provide collectively for, among other things, the rights of holders and beneficial owners of the Bonds.

  • Acoustic Assessment Report means the report, prepared in accordance with Publication NPC-233 and Appendix A of the Basic Comprehensive User Guide,by HGC Engineering and dated August 22, 2008 submitted in support of the application, that documents all sources of noise emissions and Noise Control Measures present at the Facility and includes all up-dated Acoustic Assessment Reports as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate to demonstrate continued compliance with the Performance Limits following the implementation of any Modification.

  • Assessment Period means such period as is prescribed in sections 19 to 21 over which income falls to be calculated;

  • relevant proceedings means proceedings for contempt of court or proceedings under Schedule 2 to the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014;

  • winding-up proceedings means collective proceedings involving realisation of the assets and distribution of the proceeds among the creditors, shareholders or members as appropriate, which involve any intervention by administrative or judicial authorities, including where the collective proceedings are terminated by a composition or other analogous measure, whether or not they are founded on insolvency or are voluntary or compulsory;

  • Founded Reports means the Department's Children, Adults, and Families Division or Law Enforcement Authority (LEA) determination, based on the evidence, that there is reasonable cause to believe that conduct in violation of the child abuse statutes or rules has occurred and such conduct is attributable to the person alleged to have engaged in the conduct.

  • Impact Assessment has the meaning given to it in Clause 22.1.3 (Variation Procedure);

  • Initial assessment means an assessment conducted prior to or at admission to determine whether the individual meets the service's admission criteria; what the individual's immediate service, health, and safety needs are; and whether the provider has the capability and staffing to provide the needed services.
