Assessment Methodology definition

Assessment Methodology means the Special Assessment Methodology Report, dated August 11, 2005, prepared by Severn Trent Services Inc., as supplemented by the [Supplemental Assessment Report], dated August [ ], prepared by the Methodology Consultant.
