Series A-1 Certificate of Designations definition

Series A-1 Certificate of Designations means that certain Certificate of the Powers, Designations, Preferences and Rights of the 3.875% Series A-1 Convertible Preferred Stock ($0.01 Par Value) ($1,000 Liquidation Preference Per Share) of the Borrower filed with the Office of the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware on or about May 3, 2017, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in a manner not materially adverse to the Lenders.

Series A-1 Certificate of Designations means the Certificate of Designations for the Series A-1 Preferred Stock filed pursuant to the DGCL with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware on or about the Issue Date, and as amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.

Series A-1 Certificate of Designations means the Certificate of Designations of Xxxxxxxx Resources US Inc. relating to Series A-1 Preferred Stock, dated June 15, 2017, as it may be amended from time to time in accordance therewith.

• The Series A-1 Preferred Stock shall be perpetual unless converted or redeemed in accordance with this Series A-1 Certificate of Designations.

More Definitions of Series A-1 Certificate of Designations

Series A-1 Certificate of Designations means the Certificate of Designations of Preferred Stock, Series A-1, dated February 4, 2019, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified.

Series A-1 Certificate of Designations means (i) prior to the Effective Date, the Certificate of Designations for the Series A-1 Preferred Stock filed pursuant to the DGCL with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware on October 2, 2000, and (ii) following the Effective Date, Exhibit A hereto, in each case as amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.

Series A-1 Certificate of Designations means (i) prior to the Class B Effectiveness, the Certificate of Designations for the Series A-1 Preferred Stock as filed according to the DGCL with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware on or about the date hereof, or (ii) following the Class B Effectiveness, Exhibit A to the Certificate of Incorporation, in each case, as amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.

Series A-1 Certificate of Designations means the certificate of designations setting forth the terms of the Series A-1 Preferred Stock.

Series A-1 Certificate of Designations means the Certificate of Designations of Lonestar Resources US Inc. relating to Series A-1 Preferred Stock, dated June 15, 2017, as it may be amended from time to time in accordance herewith.
