Series A-1 Preferred Unit means a Limited Partnership Interest having the designations, preferences, rights, restrictions, and limitations as set forth in this Exhibit A-1P.

Series A-1 Preferred Unit means a Preferred Unit with designations, preferences and relative, participating, optional or other special rights, powers and duties as set forth in Exhibit D-2 hereto. It is the intention of the General Partner that each Series A-1 Preferred Unit shall be the economic equivalent of one Series A Preferred Share.

Examples of Series A-1 Preferred Unit in a sentence

  • The amount of distribution per Series A-1 Preferred Unit declared for each full Series A-1 Distribution Period shall be computed by dividing the Series A-1 Distribution Rate by four.
