Series A Percentage definition

Series A Percentage means the Series A Investment Amount divided by the Total Preferred Stock Investment Amount.
Series A Percentage means, at any time, the percentage that the Series A Revolving Credit Commitments comprise of the Revolving Credit Commitments at such time. For the avoidance of doubt, the sum of the Series A Percentage and the Series B Percentage shall at all times equal 100%.
