Series A Preferred Distributions definition

Series A Preferred Distributions means distributions with respect to Series A Preferred Units pursuant to Section 5.14(b)(ii).

  • Each Series A Preferred Unit shall be identical in all respects to every other Series A Preferred Unit, except as to the respective dates from which the Series A Preferred Liquidation Preference shall increase or from which Series A Preferred Distributions may begin accruing, to the extent such dates may differ.

  • If any Series A Preferred Distribution Payment Date otherwise would occur on a date that is not a Business Day, declared Series A Preferred Distributions shall be paid on the immediately succeeding Business Day without the accumulation of additional distributions.
