Examples of Series Available Principal Amounts Shortfall in a sentence
On each Transfer Date, commencing after the Issuance Date, if Series 2010-1 Available Principal Amounts are insufficient to make the allocations provided in Sections 3.02(a)(i) through (iv) and (vi) above, the Indenture Trustee shall allocate Excess Available Principal Amounts, if any, allocated to Series 2010-1 pursuant to Section 5.02 of the Indenture to cover the Series Available Principal Amounts Shortfall.
