Series B-1 Shares definition

Series B-1 Shares means the Company’s voting Series B-1 convertible redeemable participating preferred shares, par value US$0.01 per share.
Series B-1 Shares means the shares of Company Preferred Stock, par value $0.0001 per share, designated as Series B-1 Preferred Stock in the Certificate of Incorporation of the Company.
Series B-1 Shares has the meaning set out in the Recitals.
