Series B Accrual Rent definition

Series B Accrual Rent means, with respect to each Rent Period, an amount equal to yield accrued on the Series B Lease Balance outstanding during such Rent Period at the Series B Yield Rate.

  • Minimum Rent means the sum of Sixty-Six Million One Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Five Hundred and Twenty-Six Dollars ($66,176,526) per annum; subject, in each case, to adjustment as provided in Section 3.1.1(b).

  • Share Premium Account means the share premium account established in accordance with these Articles and the Companies Act;

  • Monthly Base Rent The monthly rent specified in Section 1.01(8).
