Series B Loan definition

Series B Loan means the loan to be made to the Redeveloper by the Authority from the proceeds of the Series B Bonds, which loan proceeds will be used by the Redeveloper to pay the costs of redeveloping the Opera House Property, all pursuant to the Transaction Documents.
Series B Loan means the loan from the Authority to the Company of the proceeds of the Series B Bonds;
Series B Loan means the loan to be made by the Authority to the Redeveloper in the aggregate amount of the Bond Proceeds for all series of the Series B Bonds, all pursuant to loan terms and loan documents acceptable to the Authority and Redeveloper. The sources of payment for the Series B Loan shall be funds from the Amusement Tax Replacement Fees as provided in Section 6.01.
