Series C Certificate of Designation definition

Series C Certificate of Designation means the Certificate of Designation of Series C Preferred Stock of the Company.

Series C Certificate of Designation means that certain Certificate of Designation of Series C Convertible Preferred Stock of the Company adopted by the Company and filed with the Delaware Secretary of State prior to the execution hereof.
