Series C Unit Cap definition

Series C Unit Cap has the meaning given such term in Section 18.11(c).
Series C Unit Cap means $339,494,355 (as adjusted for any splits, subdivisions, combinations or the like).
Series C Unit Cap is defined in Section 16.4(b).

  • Class C Units means the Class C Units of the Company.

The term “Class C Unit” does not refer to a Common Unit until such Class C Unit has converted into a Common Unit pursuant to the terms hereof.

  • Series A Units means Series A currency hedged mutual fund units or Series A non-currency hedged mutual fund units of a fund, as applicable.

  • Series B-2 Preferred Stock means shares of the Company’s Series B-2 Preferred Stock, par value $0.001 per share.

  • Per Unit Capital Amount means, as of any date of determination, the Capital Account, stated on a per Unit basis, underlying any Unit held by a Person other than the General Partner or any Affiliate of the General Partner who holds Units.
