The Series E Preferred shall be convertible into that number of fully-paid and nonassessable shares of Common Stock that is equal to the Series E Original Issue Price divided by the applicable Series Preferred Conversion Price.
The “Series E Conversion Price” shall initially be equal to the Series E Original Issue Price.
