Series F Closing Date definition

Series F Closing Date. (as defined in the Series F Certificate of Determination) is December 30, 2004.
Series F Closing Date means the first closing date of the series F financing of the Company under the Series F Purchase Agreement.
Series F Closing Date means the date of the Closing under the Series F SPA+.
