Series F Redemption Notice shall state, as applicable: (1) the Series F Redemption Date, (2) the number of Series F Preferred Units to be redeemed and, if less than all Outstanding Series F Preferred Units are to be redeemed, the number (and in the case of Series F Preferred Units in certificated form, the identification) of Series F Preferred Units to be redeemed from such Series F Holder, (3) the Series F Redemption Price, (4) the place where any Series F Preferred Units in certificated form are to be redeemed and shall be presented and surrendered for payment of the Series F Redemption Price therefor (which shall occur automatically if the Certificate representing such Series F Preferred Units is issued in the name of the Depositary or its nominee), and (5) that distributions on the Series F Preferred Units to be redeemed shall cease to accumulate from and after such Series F Redemption Date.

  • The Series F Repurchasers shall redeem all of the Series F Redeemed Shares that the Series F Redemption Parties propose to be redeemed and pay the full amount of the Series F Redemption Price within three (3) months after receipt of the Series F Redemption Notice.

  • Notwithstanding any Series F Redemption Notice, there shall be no redemption of any Series F Preferred Units called for redemption until funds sufficient to pay the full Series F Redemption Price of such Series F Preferred Units shall have been deposited by the Partnership with the Paying Agent.
