Series F Holder definition

Series F Holder means a Record Holder of Series F Preferred Units.

Series F Holder means any holder of record of Series F Registrable Securities that have not been sold to the public or any assignee of record of any such Series F Registrable Securities in accordance with Section 2.9 hereof.

Series F Holder means the holder of the Series F Preferred Stock as of the Execution Date.

• The Series F Preferred Units represent perpetual equity interests in the Partnership and shall not give rise to a claim by the Partnership or a Series F Holder for conversion or, except as set forth in Section 5.22(b)(iv), redemption thereof at a particular date.

More Definitions of Series F Holder

Series F Holder means a holder of record of one or more shares of Series F Preferred Stock, as reflected in the stock records of the Corporation, which may be treated by the Corporation as the absolute owner of such share or shares (as the case may be) for all purposes.

Series F Holder means any Investor or Warrant Holder holding Series F Registrable Securities or securities convertible into Series F Registrable Securities, or any assignee thereof in accordance with Section 2.14 hereof.
