Series Year definition

Series Year. The twelve month period following the date of the Master ----------- Servicing Agreement and each anniversary thereof.
Series Year. Commencing with the Cut-Off Date, each year (seriatim in ascending chronological order) beginning on such date and ending on the date one calendar year following such date.
Series Year shall have the meaning provided by Section 2.7 hereof.
