Server Components definition

Server Components refer to any Change Guardian software product component identified as a “server component” in the Documentation.
Server Components means the server components of the Solutions which may either operate via hosted web services, or as on-prem solution which may be installed on non-SentinelOne servers, subject to SentinelOne written consent on a case by case basis (Server Components and Endpoints Components, together, “Components”).
Server Components refer to any Change Guardian software product component identified as a “server component” in the Documentation. “Agent” means a single server or workstation having an installed copy of the Change Guardian agent software.

Examples of Server Components in a sentence

  • Additional Server Components such as Remote Collector Managers and Remote Correlation Engines are licensed separately for each installed Instance of the Server Component.

  • Within an Organization, a single monitored Object will require only one license, regardless of the number or types of Server Components deployed.

  • The "Production Server Components" may only be used on one and the same server.

  • Certificate Manager Server ComponentsThe servers that the Certificate Manager Server Components have been installed on are considered an abstract machine from the TOE installation view.

  • For each Instance of Change Guardian, you may (i) deploy a reasonable number of copies of the Server Components for the sole purpose of supporting a single Organization (ii) install and use the Policy Editor on any number of systems within a single Organization (iii) install and deploy Modules and Agents for which you have acquired the applicable licenses for use.

  • The Remote Simulation Server Components are bundled into the MIKE Zero and MIKE URBAN installers.

  • You may not redistribute the Production Server Components without the express written consent of Licensor which will be granted through an OEM Agreement.

  • You may not redistribute the Test Server Components without the express written consent of Licensor which will be granted through an OEM Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding any provision in the Agreement, Licensee is not authorized to use any of the following components or functions of the Program: IBM WebSphere eXtreme Scale (of WebSphere Application Server) Components Not Used for Establishing Required Entitlements When determining the number of entitlements required for Licensee's installation or use of the Program, the installation or use of the following Program components are not taken into consideration.

  • Use of additional copies of the Server Components is subject to the prior agreement of Certpoint and payment of additional license fees, unless otherwise specified in the Order Form.

Related to Server Components

  • Bearing components means the bearing element, retainer, inner race, or outer race.

  • Components means articles, materials, and supplies incorporated directly into end products at any level of manufacture, fabrication, or assembly by the Contractor or any subcontractor.

  • Structural components means liners, leachate collection systems, final covers, run-on/run-off systems, and any other component used in the construction and operation of the MSWLF that is necessary for protection of human health and the environment.

  • Certified components means components of X-ray systems which are subject to regulations promulgated under Public Law 90-602, the “Radiation Control for Health and Safety Act of 1968,” the Food and Drug Administration.

  • Third Party Components means software and interfaces, licensed by RIM from a third party for incorporation into a RIM software product, or for incorporation into firmware in the case of RIM hardware products, and distributed as an integral part of that RIM product under a RIM brand, but shall not include Third Party Software.

  • Service Component means an individual component of a Service provided under this Agreement.

  • Original component manufacturer means an organization that designs and/or engineers a part and is entitled to any intellectual property rights to that part.

  • Open-Source Components means any software component that is subject to any open-source copyright license agreement, including any GNU General Public License or GNU Library or Lesser Public License, or other obligation, restriction or license agreement that substantially conforms to the Open Source Definition as prescribed by the Open Source Initiative or otherwise may require disclosure or licensing to any third party of any source code with which such software component is used or compiled.

  • Blood component means that part of blood separated by physical or mechanical means.

  • Structural component means a component that supports non-variable forces or weights (dead loads) and variable forces or weights (live loads).

  • Removed Components means components of the Project or portions thereof which the Company or any Sponsor Affiliate in its sole discretion, elects to remove from the Project pursuant to Section 4.04 hereof or as a result of any Condemnation Event.

  • Replacement Product means electric generating capacity, capacity-related benefits, environmental attributes, Energy or other electric products from a generation resource other than the Facility that are provided or delivered to replace or substitute for Contract Capacity or Storage Capacity (or any Capacity-Related Benefit, Environmental Attribute, Other Electric Product, Contract Energy, or Storage Energy associated therewith), in each case, in whole or in part, pursuant to Section 4.6.

  • Manufacturing Site means the facilities where a Compound is Manufactured by or on behalf of a Party, as such Manufacturing Site may change from time to time in accordance with Section 8.7.

  • Fluoroscopic imaging assembly means a subsystem in which X-ray photons produce a visual image. It includes the image receptor(s) such as the image intensifier and spot-film device, electrical interlocks, if any, and structural material providing linkage between the image receptor and diagnostic source assembly.

  • Modules means the Base Modules and Extended Modules.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Diagnostic source assembly means the tube housing assembly with a beam-limiting device attached.

  • Reference biological product means the single biological product licensed pursuant to 42 U.S.C.

  • Non-Microsoft Product means any third-party-branded software, data, service, website or product, unless incorporated by Microsoft in a Product.

  • Interchangeable biological product means a biological product that the federal Food and Drug Administration has:

  • Multiple tomogram system means a computed tomography X-ray system which obtains X-ray transmission data simultaneously during a single scan to produce more than one tomogram.

  • Basket Componenti means the respective share as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. "Calculation Agent" means the Calculation Agent as specified in § 2 (2) of the General Conditions.

  • Screening Test Technician (STT) means anyone who instructs and assists individuals in the alcohol testing process and operates an ASD.

  • Activated reserve components means members of the reserve component of the uniformed services who have received a notice of intent to deploy or mobilize under Title 10 of the United States Code, Title 32 of the United States Code, or state mobilization to active duty.

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.
