Hosted Web Services definition

Hosted Web Services means the services described in Exhibit F; provided that if Hosted Web Services are not designated as being contracted for in Section 2, Exhibit F shall be blank or not appended and this Agreement shall not cover such type of services.

  • Following completion of installation of the Hosted Web Services, the NAVITAIRE Hosted Web Services Project Manager will provide Customer with status on the remaining Implementation Services for Hosted Web Services as follows: (a) Weekly Project Plan Update and Status Report; (b) Weekly Updated Issues/Resolution List; and (c) Executive Summary.

  • It is anticipated that Customer will use the same primary and back-up data circuits to transmit data for the Hosted Web Services as those used to support the delivery of the Hosted Reservation Services.

  • During the course of Implementation Services, the NAVITAIRE Hosted Web Services Project Manager will coordinate status reporting with the NAVITAIRE Reservation Services Project Manager.

  • In the event the Customer Website does not maintain a Passing Website Efficiency Grade for any period of time during the Term of this Agreement, then during such time period any minutes during which Hosted Reservation Services and/or Hosted Web Services is unavailable shall not be counted as Interrupted Service Minutes for purposes of calculating whether NAVITAIRE has met the Minimum System Availability Target under this Agreement.

  • During the implementation of Hosted Web Services and before production use of such services, NAVITAIRE will assist in the assessment of the compatibility of third party hardware and software with the Hosted Services System.

  • Customer is required to purchase directly from third party providers other related third party software licenses and services necessary to support the Hosted Web Services environment, including, but not limited to, secure certificates.

  • Interrupted Service Minutes will be measured and used to determine the percentage of monthly Hosted Reservation Services and Hosted Web Services System availability.

  • NAVITAIRE will conduct a Strategic Business Review to gather information on Customer’s desired use of the Hosted Web Services and outline capabilities of the Hosted Services System.

  • If Customer wishes NAVITAIRE to host dotREZ, Customer shall procure Hosted Web Services and NAVITAIRE shall host dotREZ in accordance with and subject to the Service Levels set forth in this Agreement.

Related to Hosted Web Services

  • Hosted Services means any cloud-based services, hosted service (including hosted services relating to the Licensed Software), software as a service, or other Internet or network-based services provided under the Agreement.

  • Hosted Software means: (a) Hosted NCR Voyix Software; and (b) Non-NCR Voyix Software provided by a third party as a hosted software application or cloud service and for which Customer purchases a subscription through NCR Voyix pursuant to an Order (“Non-NCR Voyix Hosted Software”).

  • Internet Services means the Services provided to you by us using broadband technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain other Services whether by a personal computer, television or other device;

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) is an Enhanced Service Provider that provides Internet Services, and is defined in paragraph 341 of the FCC’s First Report and Order in CC Docket No. 97-158.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Data Services The Customer will receive a discount equal to 25% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS2 Guide local loop charges for DS-1 Access and DS-3 Access Service.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • internet access service means a publicly available electronic communications service that provides access to the internet, and thereby connectivity to virtually all end points of the internet, irrespective of the network technology and terminal equipment used.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Computer network means the interconnection of hardwire or wireless communication lines with a computer through remote terminals, or a complex consisting of 2 or more interconnected computers.

  • Customer Content means any content that is uploaded onto the Services by Customer or otherwise used on or in connection with the Software.

  • System Services means the SRS, DNS Name Server and Whois services for the Registry TLD for which availability and Performance Specifications are established.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Internet service means a service that enables users to access proprietary and other content,

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;
