Service Agreement Undertakings means agreements to pay fees and other consideration in respect of agreed quantities of marketing, transportation and/or other similar services in connection with reasonably anticipated (i) production from Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries and (ii) associated production of non-operators and royalty and similar interest owners, in each case which fees and other consideration are payable whether or not such services are utilized.
