Service Bureau Provider definition

Service Bureau Provider or “SBP” means a company which has been engaged by a CARRIER to act on its behalf for purposes of accessing AT&T-13STATE’s OSS application-to-application interfaces via a dedicated connection over which multiple CARRIER’s local service transactions are transported.
Service Bureau Provider means a company that has been engaged by CLEC to act on behalf of the CLEC for purposes of accessing PACIFIC’s OSS application-to-application interfaces.
