Service Bureau Provider. For purposes of this Agreement, Service Bureau Provider (SBP) is a company which has been engaged by a CLEC to act on its behalf for purposes of accessing SBC- 13STATE’s OSS application-to-application interfaces via a dedicated connection over which multiple CLECs’ local service transactions are transported.
Service Bureau Provider means a company that has been engaged by CLEC to act on behalf of the CLEC for purposes of accessing PACIFIC’s OSS application-to-application interfaces.
