Service Deliverable means the individual elements and deliverables per Service as set out in the Schedules

• Following receipt of each Service Deliverable, Customer will have thirty (30) days to perform acceptance testing of that particular Service Deliverable.

• If Customer does not give Licensor written notice rejecting the particular Service Deliverable within the thirty (30) day testing period, such Service Deliverable shall conclusively be deemed accepted.

Service Deliverable means deliverables to be created as a result of performing the Service by Supplier to Tamro in accordance with Purchase agreement;
