Notwithstanding the rights of the Hedge Lenders and the Service Lenders to benefit from the Security, all decisions concerning the Security and the enforcement thereof shall be made by the Lenders or the Majority Lenders in accordance with this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
Lenders shall include each Agent in its individual capacity.
DIP Lenders has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.05(b).
Prepetition Lenders means the lenders party from time to time to the Prepetition Credit Agreement.
Existing Lenders has the meaning specified in the recitals hereto.
Initial Lenders has the meaning specified in the recital of parties to this Agreement.
U.S. Lenders means the Lenders having U.S. Commitments or outstanding U.S. Loans.
Issuing Lender Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(c).
Term Loan Lenders means the financial institutions from time to time parties hereto as lenders of the Term Loan.
Supplemental Administrative Agents shall have the corresponding meaning.
New Lenders has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(c).
Term Loan Administrative Agent means Bank of America, in its capacity as administrative agent under the Term Loan Credit Agreement, and its successors and assigns in such capacity.
Lender Group means, individually and collectively, each of the Lenders (including the Issuing Lender) and Agent.
Extending Lenders has the meaning specified in Section 2.08.
Term Lenders means those Lenders having Term Loan Commitments.
Term Administrative Agent means Royal Bank, in its capacity as administrative agent hereunder and under the other Loan Documents, and its successors in such capacity as provided in Article VIII.
Issuing Banks shall include any such Affiliate with respect to Letters of Credit issued by such Affiliate.
