Service Portion definition

Service Portion means a phase, subproject, or similar portion of the total Services as described in the Statement of Works or otherwise agreed between the parties;
Service Portion means the portion of the energy service contract which deals with guaranteed savings, period of guaranteed savings, training, and bonds.
