Service Provider Parties definition

Service Provider Parties means Service Provider and Service Provider Affiliates.
Service Provider Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 13.1(a).
Service Provider Parties means the “SemGroup Parties” as defined in the Master Agreement.

  • The Company and relevant Service Provider Parties shall use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize the cost incurred in connection with such Recovery.

  • During the Term, Parent and/or SpinCo shall sell additional Supported Products (the “Additional Supported Products”) to the Company or other relevant Service Provider Parties solely for sale in the performance of Transition Distribution Activities pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.

  • The Service Provider means the organization or firm providing the services under this Contract.
