Service Provider/ Vendor means the successful Bidder found eligible as per eligibility criteria set out in this RFP, whose Technical and Commercial Bid has been accepted and who has emerged as the Successful Bidder(s)(L1) as per the selection criteria set out in the RFP and to whom notification of award has been given by Bank.
