This re-evaluation may be the result of Follow-up Service (Variation Notice), a revision of the applicable standard (Standard Update Notice (“SUN”)), new information regarding the characteristics of the material used in the Product, or other information (including administrative changes) that raises a question concerning the conformance of the Product to Intertek Report Requirements.
The Operator must comply with the Service Variation Notice and make any necessary amendments to its operations so that it complies with the Service Variation Notice.
If, and only to the extent that, compliance with any such determination will increase the Operator's costs of operating the Passenger Service, the Crown must give a Directed Service Variation Notice in accordance with clause 21.1.
