Service Warranties definition

Service Warranties. With respect to the Service provided, Venture Communications makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or implied warranty of fitness of this service for a particular purpose. Venture Communications takes no responsibility for any damages suffered by the Customer, including but not limited to, loss of data from delays, non-deliveries, miss-deliveries, or service interruptions caused by Venture Comm’s own negligence or the Customer’s errors or omissions. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Venture Communications, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, and employees, for any loss, liability, claim, damage, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or in connection with Venture Comm’s technical service, Internet service, the contents of the Customer’s personal home page, use of the Customer’s e-mail account or any other Internet service provided by Venture Communications. Venture Communications makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Service will meet your requirements, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; nor does Venture Communications make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Service or that the Company will correct any defects in the software. Venture Communications will also not be responsible for any losses due to interruptions to the Internet service. This Service is provided on an “As Is” and “As Available” Basis.

Examples of Service Warranties in a sentence

  • Customer shall provide Provider with written notice of all claims for breach of Service Warranties within thirty (30) days of the applicable Service completion.

Related to Service Warranties

  • Warranties - means collectively any and all warranties (if any) given by the Bidder in terms of this agreement.

  • Seller’s Warranties means Seller’s representations and warranties set forth in Section 9.2 and the Closing Documents executed by Seller, as such representations and warranties may be deemed modified or waived by Buyer pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Product Warranty has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3.

  • Warranty Xxxx of Sale means the warranty (as to title) xxxx of sale covering the Aircraft executed by Manufacturer or an affiliate of Manufacturer in favor of Company and specifically referring to each Engine, as well as the Airframe, constituting a part of the Aircraft.

  • Additional Representation has the meaning specified in Section 3.

  • Limitation of Liability PrimePay has negotiated preferred terms and conditions with FD as a service to PrimePay Clients. Client understands that FD, and not PrimePay, will be performing those services and that Client will enter its own service agreement(s) with FD for such services under terms and conditions specified by FD and agreed to by Client. Accordingly, Client acknowledges that FD shall be the provider of Payment Processing Services hereunder and that PrimePay shall have no liability whatsoever for or related to the performance of those services, including any and all damages, costs and related expenses (including attorney fees).
