Services Brief definition

Services Brief means the document which outlines Tenable’s basic, pre-packaged installation or training Professional Services offered under a Tenable SKU and which do not require a separate SOW. Current versions of Services Briefs may be found at xxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/prod_docs/tenable_slas.html or a successor location. For the avoidance of doubt, Customer may purchase commercial off the shelf SKU-based Professional Services without executing a separate Statement of Work. A “SOW” or “Statement of Work” shall further describe Professional Services, the terms of which may be customized and which shall require execution by the Customer.

Examples of Services Brief in a sentence

  • Cribl warrants that: (a) during the Subscription Term, the Subscription Services will materially conform to the specifications described in the Documentation; and (b) the Consulting Services will be performed in a competent and workmanlike manner, in material compliance with the requirements in the applicable Order Form, Services Brief, or SOW.

Related to Services Brief

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Professional Services Agreement means the agreement attached hereto as Exhibit C and all written statements of work signed by Licensee and related thereto.

  • Professional Services means those services within the scope of the practice of architecture, professional engineering, landscape architecture, or registered surveying and mapping, as defined by the laws of Florida, or those services performed by any architect, professional engineer, landscape architect, or registered surveyor and mapper, in connection with the firm's or individual's professional employment or practice.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;

  • Services means those functional services ancillary to the supply of the goods, such as transportation and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, catering, gardening, security, maintenance and other such obligations of the supplier covered under the contract.
