Services Defect definition

Services Defect means a defect, error or bug in the Platform having a material adverse effect on the operation, functionality or performance of the Services, but excluding any defect, error or bug caused by or arising as a result of:

Examples of Services Defect in a sentence

  • SPINWELL-GLU may, upon the request of Customer, provide support in respectof any problem that is not a Hosted Services Defect, but may charge Professional Service Charges in respect of such support.
