Servicing Fee Advance definition

Servicing Fee Advance. Any earned and accrued but unpaid servicing fees earned by the Servicer and outstanding at least thirty (30) days since having been earned (which advance has not been paid or reimbursed to Seller), pursuant to the terms and provisions of a Designated Servicing Agreement.
Servicing Fee Advance. Any Servicing Fee Advance in respect of a Mortgage Loan secured by a Mortgaged Property located in a Judicial State.
Servicing Fee Advance has the meaning given to such term in Section 2.12(d).

Examples of Servicing Fee Advance in a sentence

  • In connection with retaining any amounts attributable to the Servicing Fee Advance from the Collections in accordance with this Section 3.02, the Servicer shall be deemed to represent that the remaining Collections are reasonably sufficient to pay all amounts payable under Section 8.06 of the Indenture on such Payment Date.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Servicing Fee Advance is part of and not in addition to the Servicing Fee.
