Servicing Record definition

Servicing Record. The records for each Home Loan maintained by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 4.03.
Servicing Record means the books and records established pursuant to Section 5.06 to record all Payments received in respect of any Loan, among other things.
Servicing Record means the books and records for each Loan established pursuant to Section 6.03.

Examples of Servicing Record in a sentence

  • The Servicing Record shall separately reflect amounts so received or collected by the Master Servicer in each Due Period.

  • In addition, the Master Servicer shall establish and maintain records for the Insurance Record (which shall be part of each Servicing Record) in which the Master Servicer shall record all claims made under the Contract of Insurance, all payments received by or on behalf of the Contract of Insurance Holder from the FHA for each such claim and the amount of insurance coverage available in the Insurance Record.

  • If the Master Servicer makes such a determination, it shall be reflected in the Servicing Record pursuant to Section 4.03(e)(xi).

  • With respect to each Purchased Mortgage Loan that is an eMortgage Loan, Seller must be able to provide to Buyer, at any time upon Buyer’s reasonable request, the eNote, any portions of the related Credit File or Servicing Record, and the eClosing Transaction Record, each in a format that is reasonably compatible with Buyer’s systems then in use.

  • The Master Servicer shall provide Mego with such information from the Servicing Record as Mego shall request to prepare any Tax Returns, and any other federal, state or local tax or information returns or reports that are required to be so filed, or so provided to Certificateholders, by the Trust.

  • With respect to each Purchased Mortgage Loan that is an eMortgage Loan, Seller must be able to provide to Administrative Agent, at any time upon Administrative Agent’s reasonable request, the eNote, any portions of the related Credit File or Servicing Record, and the eClosing Transaction Record, each in a format that is reasonably compatible with Administrative Agent’s systems then in use.

  • With respect to each Purchased Mortgage Loan that is an eMortgage Loan, Seller must be able to provide, or cause to be provided, to Buyer at any time upon Buyer’s reasonable request, the eNote, any portions of the related Credit File or Servicing Record, and the eClosing Transaction Record.

  • Celink shall provide RMF with such information from the Servicing Record as RMF shall reasonably request to prepare any tax returns, and any other federal, state or local tax or information returns or reports that are required to be so filed by RMF.

  • We completed and launched “Servisní analýza” in 2020 in order to replace the outdated “Servisní protokol” (Servicing Record).

  • If the Servicer makes such a determination, it shall be reflected in the Servicing Record in accordance with Section 6.03.

Related to Servicing Record

  • Servicing Records shall have the meaning provided in Section 11.14(b) hereof.

  • Servicing File The items pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan including, but not limited to, the computer files, data disks, books, records, data tapes, notes, and all additional documents generated as a result of or utilized in originating and/or servicing each Mortgage Loan, which are held in trust for the Trustee by the Servicer.

  • Servicing Portfolio means, as to any Person, the unpaid principal balance of Mortgage Loans serviced by that Person under Servicing Contracts, minus the principal balance of all Mortgage Loans that are serviced by that Person for others under subservicing arrangements.

  • Primary Servicing Agreement means the agreement between the Primary Servicer and the General Master Servicer, dated as of March 1, 2007, under which the Primary Servicer services the Mortgage Loans set forth on the schedule attached thereto.

  • Servicer Mortgage File All documents pertaining to a Mortgage Loan not required to be included in the Trustee Mortgage File and held by the Master Servicer or the related Servicer or any Sub-Servicer.

  • Servicing Rights means rights of any Person, to administer, service or subservice, the Purchased Assets or to possess related Servicing Records.

  • Servicing Report has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 6.08(b).

  • Servicer Mortgage Loan File As defined in each of the Servicing Agreements.

  • Servicing Reserve means, the product (expressed as a percentage) of (a) 1.0%, times (b) a fraction, the numerator of which is the highest Days Sales Outstanding for the most recent 12 months and the denominator of which is 360.

  • Servicing Agreements Each of the Servicing Agreements executed with respect to a portion of the Mortgage Loans by one of the Servicers, which agreements are attached hereto, collectively, as Exhibit L.

  • Monthly Servicing Report shall have the meaning attributed to such term in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Servicer File means, collectively, all documents, records and copies pertaining to a Mortgage Loan which are required to be included in the related Servicer File pursuant to Section 3 thereof.

  • Mortgage File The mortgage documents listed in Section 2.01 pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan and any additional documents required to be added to the Mortgage File pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Subservicing Agreements As defined in Section 3.02(a).

  • Contract File means with respect to each Contract, the physical and/or electronic files in which Credit Acceptance maintains the fully executed original counterpart or “authoritative copy” (in each case, for UCC purposes) of the Contract (to the extent required in accordance with Section 3.03 of this Agreement), either a standard assurance in the form commonly used in the industry relating to the provision of a certificate of title or other evidence of lien, the original or electronic instruments modifying the terms and conditions of such Contract and the original or electronic endorsements or assignments of such Contract.

  • Mortgage Loan File for inclusion in the Mortgage Loan File (to the extent such documents are in the possession of the Special Servicer) and copies of any additional related Mortgage Loan information, including correspondence with the Borrower Related Parties, and the Special Servicer shall promptly provide copies of all of the foregoing to the Servicer as well as copies of any analysis or internal review prepared by or for the benefit of the Special Servicer, provided that, such materials shall not include any Privileged Information.

  • Master Servicing Agreement means the master servicing agreement entered into on 20 May 2013 between the Guarantor, the Issuer and the Master Servicer.

  • Servicing Contract means, with respect to any Person, the arrangement, whether or not in writing, under which that Person has the right to service Mortgage Loans.

  • Servicer means the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the context may require.

  • Servicers Wells Fargo Bank, as a Servicer under the related Servicing Agreement. Xxxtially the servicing functions performed by Wells Fargo Bank shall be performed by the Wells Fargo Home Mortgage xxxxxion of Wells Fargo Bank.

  • Primary Servicer Prudential Asset Resources, Inc., or any successor thereto (as primary servicer) appointed as provided in the Primary Servicing Agreement.

  • Mortgage Receivable means a promissory note secured by a Mortgage of which the Borrower or a Subsidiary is the holder and retains the rights of collection of all payments thereunder.

  • Master Servicer Servicing Personnel The divisions and individuals of the Master Servicer who are involved in the performance of the duties of the Master Servicer under this Agreement.

  • Collection site means the location of waste containers on collection day.

  • Mortgage Loan Seller Sub-Servicer A Sub-Servicer required to be retained by the Master Servicer by a Mortgage Loan Seller, as listed on Exhibit S to this Agreement, or any successor thereto.

  • Customary Servicing Procedures means procedures (including collection procedures) that the Assuming Institution (or, to the extent a Third Party Servicer is engaged, the Third Party Servicer) customarily employs and exercises in servicing and administering mortgage loans for its own accounts and the servicing procedures established by FNMA or FHLMC (as in effect from time to time), which are in accordance with accepted mortgage servicing practices of prudent lending institutions.
