Setting Up Operations definition

Setting Up Operations means the period of time, or periods of time where phased, as detailed in Section 4: Statement of Service Requirements, during which the Contractor is required to mobilise itself and it’s Staff in preparation for delivering the Service and for the Commencement of Full Operations.
Setting Up Operations means the activities the Contractor shall undertake between the Commencement Date and the Commencement of Full Operations.

  • Each asset will be given a unique asset number, either as a bar code, which can be read electronically, or with a tag label.It is the responsibility of the supplier during the period of Setting Up Operations, as detailed in the Conditions of Contract to provide an exception report for the asset register and other information provided by the Client prior to the Commencement Date, and thereafter ensure all plant identified is maintained according to all statutory obligations and other requirements.

  • This co-operation, during the Setting Up Operations period of the new Consultant, shall extend to allowing full access to, and providing copies of, all documents, reports, summaries and any other information necessary in order to achieve an effective transition without disruption to routine operational requirements.


More Definitions of Setting Up Operations

Setting Up Operations means the activities the Contractor shall undertake between the Commencement Date and the Commencement of Full Operations. ”Site” means the area within the Premises in which the Services are performed.
Setting Up Operations means the activities the Prime Contractor shall undertake during the Implementation Period.
