On the first anniversary of the Commencement of Full Operations, and annually thereafter the Supplier shall be entitled to request the Authority reviews the Contract Price.

An annual maintenance Charge for the Simple Payment and Disaster Payments Service of £512,500 (GBP five hundred and twelve thousand, five hundred) payable from the Commencement of Full Operations monthly in arrears in accordance with Paragraph 1.11 of this Schedule.
