Commencement of Full Operations definition

Commencement of Full Operations means the point in time when the Contractor becomes responsible for the provision of the Services following the completion of the Setting up Operations. In the event that the Contractor’s responsibility for the provision of the Services is phased, the Commencement of Full Operations means the commencement of each phase following the Setting Up Operations in respect of that phase.

Examples of Commencement of Full Operations in a sentence

  • On the first anniversary of the Commencement of Full Operations, and annually thereafter the Supplier shall be entitled to request the Authority reviews the Contract Price.

  • Following Commencement of Full Operations, the Contractor shall present the Customer(s) with an updated Forward Maintenance Register.

  • The Contractor grants to the Authority, with effect from the Commencement of Full Operations, a non-exclusive, non- transferable licence to use the Contractor's Software which is provided to it by the Contractor for the purpose of receiving the Services in connection with the Authority’s receipt of the Services being provided by the Contractor.

  • Without prejudice to the Authority’s obligations to pay the implementation Charge, in relation to implementation activities referred to at Schedules 1 and 1A, the Authority may in its absolute discretion pay a proportion of the Implementation Charge to the Prime Contractor and/or the PTS Provider before the Commencement of Full Operations once that implementation activity has passed the relevant Acceptance Tests provided that the Authority has the relevant funds available.

  • An annual maintenance Charge for the Simple Payment and Disaster Payments Service of £512,500 (GBP five hundred and twelve thousand, five hundred) payable from the Commencement of Full Operations monthly in arrears in accordance with Paragraph 1.11 of this Schedule.

  • Commencement Date means the date of this Agreement;
